I’m an AI transformation and automation consultant with more than twenty years shipping software, most of it on iOS. For the last few years I’ve had AI in the middle of everything I build, and now I help companies do the same: take AI from something they keep reading about and turn it into tools and workflows their people actually use every day. I’m based in Tallinn, Estonia, and work with companies across Europe — remote or on-site.

02 · My story
From Flash to AI-first
I started out on the web, building animation and interactive stuff in Flash (Macromedia back then, later Adobe) for ad agencies in New York and around Europe. When the iPhone showed up I jumped to mobile, and spent the next fifteen-plus years building and shipping iOS apps, first as a developer and later leading teams.
I’ve always moved early on new tech, and AI is the one that genuinely changed how I work day to day. I went from iOS specialist to building full-stack with AI in the loop the whole time.
Right now I lead AI integration at Invendor, helping the company move to working AI-first while I build their iOS apps. I also work directly with companies as an AI transformation consultant, helping them automate the work that’s slowing them down. The throughline hasn’t really changed since the Flash days: take a fuzzy idea and turn it into something that actually ships.

- Leading Invendor’s move to an AI-first company, getting AI into both the product and the way the team builds.
- Building and shipping the iOS apps for Invendor’s smart vending and inventory platform: weight-sensing cabinets, scanning, cloud sync, and ERP/WMS integrations.
- Driving AI-assisted development across the engineering team so we ship faster without dropping quality.
- Prototyping LLM-backed features and internal tools, then taking them all the way to production.

- Lead mobile engineer for startups and enterprises across fintech, logistics, and media — taking iOS apps from scratch to the App Store.
- Built Timbeter (algorithm-driven timber measurement, shipped in six months) and led a team of ten on the hi.com all-in-one crypto app; also shipped Sixfold, Lokimo, Vimvest, and RMK Kuuseke, plus a short stint at Porsche Digital Lab on a confidential innovation project.
