Open-source code in Helin

Helin is built on the work of others, used under the MIT licence:

  • Mutable Instruments Plaits, by Emilie Gillet: the swarm, particle, chord, FM, noise and speech engines.
  • Mutable Instruments Elements, by Emilie Gillet: the bowed strings, breath and modal resonator.
  • Mutable Instruments Rings, by Emilie Gillet: the Resonator.
  • Airwindows ToTape8, by Chris Johnson: the Drive’s Tape mode.

Each node’s ? page in the app names the code it uses. The full licence texts ship with the app.
